How do you guys think the carries will be distributed next year between Shine, Moss, DHC, McCormick, etc?

I think we'll have much more even distribution of carries than in previous years. Under ARod, some backs simply did not get reps because they hadn't picked up the blocking scheme (Why Booker didn't immediately start) and orhers were just too small to pas block (McCormick).
I think this was an ARod design flaw, because you can't utilize a fast change-of-pace spread back in the run game if your pass game utilizes a TE and RB in pass protection on almost every passing attempt (not a spread offense).

Taylor basically never uses the RB in pass pro, so pass catching out of the backfield is going to superceed run blocking as a requirement for RB reps. I think that means a bigger role for our small speed backs.

Not sure about leadership issues, but I seem to remember burnout do to training schedules coming up on the plate during KW's first couple years as HC. I thought that had been fixed and lessons learned. I hope this isn't an issue with as many years as he's had to refine a training program that keeps things in balance.

Bolles needs to stay as much as Poeltl and the younger Kruger brothers needed to stay. Physically Bolles is ready but he makes to many mental mistakes at the wrong time at this point.

Well, if the Troy Taylor hire is true, count me as very excited.

People say our QBs don't progress, but they really do. It's just that they progress to something that is pretty unspactacular. That's evidence of bad design more than bad coaching.
